Deleting your account

You can delete everything Assist With Food holds for you, yourself, at any time.

  1. Sign in, open your menu, and choose Your data (/settings/data).
  2. If you want a copy first, download the export there. It holds every record, with who made it and when.
  3. Type the confirmation sentence the page shows and choose Delete everything.

What is removed

Every record of every kind, archived ones included, with its history; your photos, PDFs and voice notes, every copy of each, from storage; your AI connections and your connection settings. The deletion runs in batches until nothing is left, and it cannot be undone.

What is kept elsewhere

Your sign-in is kept by Clerk, the service Food uses for sign-in, and deleting your Food records does not remove it. Remove it from Account in your menu. Your AI app keeps its own copy of your conversations with it; Food cannot reach those.
